The interaction, customer service and quality of work were all exceptional ! i have a 2011 Cadillac SRX that suffers from a lot of engineering "challenges" that are well known -- the Jim Butler team was exceptionally helpful.
The easiest purchase of a vehicle ever. We drove 3 1/2 hours to purchase and this was very pain free. Brian was amazing and extremely helpful and polite. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.
The purchase of the vehicle was seamless, zero waiting for paperwork. The salesman I worked with was easy to work with and took care of everything.
At first my car was there for 10 days then to get a call from the dealership saying that my car was ready then to get there and nothing was done driving my car I had the same issue so instead of going back to the dealership and acting a fool I went home to Cool off so I called the dealership and they said bring my car back so I did and my car 🚗 been running great 👍
