Stacey was very knowledgeable, nice and easy to work with. Bryan Laguna really good guy. Helpful in figuring out the best path to select the truck and trim package best suited to my wants, needs, and budget. Went above and beyond in locating the truck I was looking for and having it shipped to Butler. Excellent communication throughout. Just sincere good person. Have already recommended him to friends.
The salesman was nice, courteous and the finance guy Bob very nice guy. Very helpful. I buy all my vehicles at Butler.
Had a great experience with Jim Butler Chevrolet - Tony Palmer in particular! This was an out-of-state sale in the aftermath of my previous truck being totaled, lots of hurry-up-and-wait with the insurance company and they couldn't have been more patient or accommodating. Tony picked me up from the airport himself and was great to work with overall, a true pro. Stacey did a great job walking me through the finance and warranty options and was, again, super accommodating with the insurance delays on my end. All told, very happy with the truck and the overall sales and purchasing experience - five stars well and truly earned. Thank you!
