I’ll be honest — I didn’t plan on trading in my Prius so soon. But sometimes, the right person just makes you feel confident about a decision. That’s exactly what Najma, my salesperson did. From the moment I arrived, she treated me with patience, respect, and genuine enthusiasm. She went above and beyond to make sure the deal worked, never once making me feel pressured or rushed. Yes, I know she earns a commission — that’s part of the job. But the effort she put in went far beyond that. She really cared about making sure I left happy, and I did. I absolutely love my new Honda Accord. It’s night and day from my old car, and I have her to thank for that.
