I'll start buy saying I buy a new vehicle almost every year so I've seen all different approaches to transacting with dealerships. Carlos and I worked this deal via phone and text as I was out of town and he was fast, friendly, transparent and honest. I showed up to the dealership and the vehicle was clean and waiting as well as the paperwork and numbers we discussed. No changes, no surprises, no gotchas, nothing. Just a smiling face (and even a bro hug I think) and I was on my way! Highly recommend Carlos and this dealership!
