The service manager, T.J., is by far the most accessible, capable, and fairest service manager I've come across in all my experience. His office door remained open the entire time I was in the dealership awaiting the replacement of the battery for my Camry Hybrid. Working directly under T.J. was Felipe, who demonstrated the utmost patience and consideration when dealing with me and my specific needs, answering all of my questions with total kindness and respect. It was a most pleasurable experience working with them both and I would highly recommend Hoffman Toyota to any and all Toyota devotees.
