Just bought a 2025 RAV4 - Jim Brotherton was awesome. He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car. The actual process of buying the car was very smooth. Jim walked us through every step, introduced us to the great team at Alexandria Toyota involved in the process and together they left no loose ends. We have been service customers with Alexandria Toyota for many years and our service rep, Tom Cantrell is awesome as well. We were sorry to let go of our 1996 Corolla with only 380,000 miles, but look forward to many happy miles with our new RAV4. And Jim is so pleasant, we are going to ask him to play Santa at our next Christmas party :)!!

Since purchasing our Grand Highlander we have returned to Alexandria Toyota on three occasions to service our vehicle. Each visit has been handled professionally by Simpy Behl. She is an extremely competent and customer focused service employee. Our sales professional who sold us the Grand Highlander and the finance department were also terrific. However, Simpy is unmatched in her approach to managing our service visits. She is diligent and is a terrific customer relationship employee. She is our current point of contact for servicing our vehicle, and is the primary reason I would recommend purchasing from Alexandria Toyota.

I didn't have an appointment but Mohamed attended me without hesitation. Which that action I will go back to the dealer bringing my car for service in the future. Thanks a lot..!!!
