This was my first experience with looking for a new vehicle though a dealership's internet sales department. Alex Pimentel went above and beyond in answering all of my questions; sending me the information I requested and provided low keyed, no pressure environment. The test drive was not traveling the customary car dealer preset route, but he allowed me to take it anywhere I wanted, "I'm just along for the ride". He made making the decision to purchase the Outback easy. He took the time to educate me on a couple of items like "lifetime oil changes", which I had not heard of, and extended warranties, which I was interested in. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Ramzy Saleh in the finance office made closing the sale easy and painless. No high-pressure sales tactics to "add on" to the price of the car with extras, that I had experienced with other dealerships.
