I had a great buying experience at Herb Chambers of Auburn. My sales associate Julian was very thorough and honest. After purchase, Julian went over the car bumper to bumper for me and explained all of the exciting features of my new RAV4.
Great experience buying a car! Last time a bought a car (different dealership) I sat in the finance office for HOURS while I declined all their extra services and they kept pushing, and pushing! This time, Walter was incredible. Very straight forward and honest. Things take time but he and the team heard me when I said what I wanted and what I didn’t want. When my partner needs a new car, we will be going to Walter. Went in later for an inspection, Julian was great! 10/10

Excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone who needs severe. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I had an opportunity to squeeze in an oil change but I did not have an appointment. Julian helped me out, scheduled/completed the change.
I don’t like to write a lot of reviews but I couldn’t help it with how great my experience with Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn!
