What Others Say

Came in for 7500 mile service same tire repair. Tire was unrepairable replacement was ordered. Service dept keep me notified through the whole process, everything went very smooth.

This place is professional, prompt, and understanding! They were honest and thorough and my car was done quickly. They were better pricing than other dealerships, and only performed what I needed without the upsale. I will travel to use this location over others.

I had a problem with my car starting. I brought it to Hawthorne Chevrolet and they were able to service the car right away. They found the battery had a bad cell and replaced the battery. Tera was very courteous, polite, and helpful the entire time. My experience with Hawthorne Chevrolet and Kera in particular was excellent!!!!

This is the second Colorado purchased at Hawthorne. My salesman JR made it a great experience both times.

Highly recommend doing business with Hawthorne Chevrolet. Friendly staff and really try to work with you. Our salesman Christian did a great job making this a smooth sale. Will def be back for the next lease.

I have no issue with the Service Dept., all of the people there are professional. However they recently raised their prices. How can you charge $120 for an oil change, and that is without a tire rotation. I had a $20 coupon from GM towards an oil change. I was told it would cost more if I used the coupon, which made no sense. They now charge a fee if you use a credit card, which they never did before. I'll have to rethink going back there for service. I've leased at least six cars from there. There is new ownership at this dealership, which might explain the increase in prices. Not the same dealership any more.
