I was sad about my new 2025 Ford explorer recall and technical issues... I love that truck so I'm disappointed with the inconvenience 😭 However, Tim said he'll handle everything tomorrow so I'm optimistic and overjoyed to see if he can help me within a few hours vs days 😁🤞 Overall, great customer service 💪
