Kayden was very helpful in finding us a vehicle. But once the deal was done things seemed to fall apart. There were some small dents in the doors that we wanted fixed. We were told the car would go down the road to the Ford dealerships body shop and it would take 2/3 days to fix. We were told we could pick it up the following Monday. Then were told it would be Friday. At this point we were going to be out of town until Sunday so we made plans to pick it up on Monday. Monday came and we called to see what time would be good to pick it up and were told it was still not ready. Then we find out it is being painted in a tent out back of the dealership. It was that Saturday when we finally got to pick up the vehicle. We had also had asked numerous times if the vehicle had been wrecked and were told no. Since we have gotten it home we have found damage that was not revealed to us. Also I was replacing the cabin filter and the first thing I noticed is the screws that hold the door closed are missing. Then realized the door wasn’t even locked properly with the plastic clips on each side. The filter evidently had been replaced because it was brand new. When it was installed it was jammed in it’s place and damaged so it couldn’t have been working properly. This evidently was why the glove box lid fell off and the salesman had to fix it before we left. Also we were told that we were getting $4000 for our trade in and in the end only received $3000. I guess we had to pay $1000 for the aggravation.
