Gabriel did a great job communicating with me on progress and recommendations for my car.
I really struggled with working in my recalls due to scheduling, living too far away, no loaners, etc I just kept putting them off letter after letter! When I received an email from local Gunn service department personnel that a loaner was available and detailing what I needed, I responded right away and was contacted immediately for an appointment within the week! My advisor, JT, communicated thoroughly & efficiently, answered all my questions, and performed and delivered my vehicle as promised. I am so grateful that something that caused me great stress was handled so well by Gunn. Thank you, Gunn Acura, for making my recall service as simple & painless as possible. And I sure am looking at that 2025 MDX loaner I enjoyed for a few days !!
My service advisor, Decklin (sp?), was very attentive and knowledgeable. He kept me informed and educated throughout the whole process.
