Have nothing but positive things to say about your dealership bought my 2020 F150 new January 1921 have had all the service work done at your dealership. Had a problem with the computer screen just before it went out of warranty. I was told to bring it in so you could document the problem before the warranty expired. As soon as that part came in it was replaced at no charge, even though I was over the warranty mileage. Bought a set of tires that Ralph recommended at 60,000 miles. Excellent choice only had one oil change issue about six months ago. The tech failed to seat the oil dipstick and it threw a check engine light called Ralph. He said bring it back. I'll reset the light which he did and then gave me a ticket for a free oil change. He did not have to do that but I appreciate it received my free oil change last week. Thank you very much.

This guy is the go to guy. Honest and is very good to tell you when specials are on. His assistant Lauri truly tries hard.She is in the learning phase.
