SantiagoTello Plaza was may service representative . He was extremely attentive to my needs & concerns. He kept me informed on the status of my vehicle & had it ready within a reasonable time frame. Very polite & courteous. .It was a pleasure working with Santiago. Service department is organized. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time & they were able to get me in early .My representative I was scheduled with was not in yet so they had no problem assigning me an available associate.Nice to have my vehicle ready in time frame promised

Alejandro was excellent. He listened to what I wanted in some features. I was not in a rush to get a car and told him I would do something with in the next two months. Looked and drove a couple different 2025 cars. After looking at the numbers I real wasn’t satisfied. Alejandro then bought out a new 2026 that he said he wanted to show me when the car I initially came to look at was sold. I was very impressed with the exterior color and the interior fit perfect. I was very impressed by the feel of the car and immediately wanted to take a test drive. I was very impressed and felt comfortable buying a car when I was not in a rush! I am very happy with my purchase and Alejandro really impressed me with his professionalism. He listened to what I wanted in a car and picked what I wanted!
Courteous people for the most part. Emmanuel was a great help and listened to my concerns but Carmelo on the other hand got me very upset.
