Lack of professionalism. Least customer support. No courtesy attitude. I could see few nice people dealing with other customers though. The dealership is currently not in a good condition to do car sales. Since I am a new arrival and had no option, I just proceeded to purchase than walk away. My comments are only based on my experience with sales people. My second key was missing. I went to the service department after a week to get a new second key. Found service section doing a good job.

They really work with you and the needs you are wanting. The color was unique but they found one in several county’s over and it was brought to me two days later. They are great at their jobs!!!

I prefer communicating by email, and Luis has always been patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. It makes the whole process smoother and much less stressful. If anyone in the area is considering a Honda, I highly recommend giving Honda On Grand—and especially Luis—a try. Our experience with them has been outstanding.
