I’ve serviced my vehicle at other locations but GBLWA went above and beyond the call of “Service”. Firstly, the facility is stunning for a car dealership, looks very contemporary but you feel special just walking in. Secondly, Roberto was EXTREMELY professional and HIGHLY courteous. There was no detail left untouched and at the end my bill was exactly what he told me it would be. No frills, no games, no run-around, clarity and kindness altogether. My entire experience was great from start to finish and I have no problem returning for Service. 10 out of 10!!
The technician found an issue that was a major one and addressed it immediately We are going on a road trip and would have been stuck in Texas with a bad transmission, so I'm very grateful this was discovered and corrected.

I live in California and buy a car out of state is scary. Adam made it happen without him handle everything and making sure everything you needed was handled. He made me feel like family without him I don’t think I would have bought the car.
