I am new to LA and when researching places to have my car serviced, I saw mixed reviews on Universal Mitsubishi - but each negative review had a well reasoned and articulated response from the dealership, so I rolled the dice. I could not be happier with the service I received - Paul, the service manager listened to my concerns and carried out a full inspection - and gave me the news I was hoping for - he could have made something up - the car just having travelled 2,300 miles - but was honest and thorough. I am so glad I came to Universal - could not recommend them highly enough.
