We took our car in for a service.Noticed we had a head light out and opened hood.Had to remove air box and found dog food all in it from pack rat.Also all through the engine bay evidence of pack rat easily viewable to someone servicing.The air filter was never recovered or they would seen the dog food.Called dealership and the service manager said someone probably got lazy due to the heat and just didn't check it.This is unacceptable anywhere.
