I have been a customer of Gates Toyota for my last two vehicles. I continue to be a customer of the service department as well.
He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. An excellent representative fot Gates Toyota. Thats covers it.
Thursday morning the guy was cool. Friday morning, the guy was rude. He said, meet me at the first counter. But I was standing at the middle counter and he came in and said, I told you to meet me at the first counter, he's lucky, I didn't escalate things right there and there.But I kept my mouth shut
Jesse was terrific. He kept me informed and explained the service necessary for the RAV.
I made my appointment 7 days prior, but when I arrived, I was questioned how I made my appointment and that usually they are only allowed so many appointments at 4pm. They said they "would do their best at working me in." It was unsettling to be told that when I made an appointment that far in advance that I might have to wait longer because of a computer scheduling error. I was disappointed in how I was presented with this error and questioned right away how I made this appointment and whether it was valid.
I've been working with this dealership for years! I love Gates Thank you for your service
