Marco is outstanding, he is always professional and very good keeping me informed Polo is also excellent
The 'change engine oil soon' showed up 2 days before our drive to Santa Barbara. Marco was able to schedule the oil change a day before our trip.
It's always a good experience working with Marco or Polo. The recall on the Escape was done in a timely manner.
They did a visual inspection, it wasn't enough because my car sound like it has a support or bracket damage and I was hoping they find the issue in order to fix it but they didn't , now I need to take it somewhere else
