Phillip was great. However the cleanup and detail of the vehicle was very disappointing. Left the undercarriage with dirt on the chassis everywhere. Pulled out the telescoping mirrors to find them full of dirt. Black paint on the gray vinyl console where carpet was touched. Hard chemicals left the chrome trim permanently with a haze or have rubbed off. This is the first time I’ve seen a vehicle being sold this dirty and this is a 2025 with 6k miles.

Transparent and fair Josh and Britany were patient with all my questions and helped me find the right truck.
The maintenance department was very friendly, fast and friendly. I asked for a transmission service and instead of taking my money they told me it wasn’t due yet and to schedule it next service.
