Don’t expect to have anyone return your calls that works in sales, including sale manager.
They were very accommodating and Brittny was very cordial. I paid more than I planned to, but I suppose that is the cost of convenience.
Ryan was very helpful with my purchase of my new car at Jerry Hunt. He is a super nice guy and I will recommend him to others that are interested in getting a new car.
Descent company that carries a large selection of newer used cars. Despite their ads they will negotiate and try and sell you a bunch of extras. First line salespeople tens to be poorly trained.
We had an overall positive experience purchasing a truck from Jerry Hunt Supercenter. Ayden and Axel took great care to answer our many questions and assist us. I highly recommend both of these young men to others. Some helpful advice: 1) Obtain a detailed, out-the-door price on the vehicle in which you are most interested before arriving at the dealership. Check that against the paperwork you sign to be sure numbers match. 2) Be prepared to put down a rather large downpayment, and if you use a credit card, you will pay an additional 3% of that amount. 3) There is little flexibility in when you can pick up your vehicle, even with a large downpayment and great credit. The nearly two-hour drive home was rather harrowing for an over sixty who no longer drives after dark.
Ivan and Julia were wonderful helping me purchase my car. A week in a had an issue with car and Greg S and Eric H came to my house and picked up my car and took it back to the dealership. Shane L and Spencer H assisted in getting my issue resolved. Greg brought my car back to my house washed and shiny! All the above mention have been very helpful but extra kudos to Julia, Ivan and Greg. Thank you to everyone I encountered at Jerry Hunt Motors everyone there was very friendly and eager to help me ! I will recommend Jerry Hunt Motors to my friends. Andrea Young
