Able to locate the exact vehicle that we wanted. Tony was very helpful and flexible with our schedule
The salesman went out of his way to make sure the car got ready for me. Everything went fairly fast and all of my questions got answered.
In-N-Out 90 minutes were complete work was complete It would've been nice if you wash the car

The dealership tried to deliver my car with a proper level of training for a new owner. BMW for what ever reason decided not to include an owners manual with the vehicle. In addition only one key fob was given to us. I believe that we have all had an occasion when we have misplaced one of our sets of keys. No problem as now your phone can be used to open and start your car. The only problem is that the software is not without its glitches. This is not the dealers fault but it is an issue for BMW.
