Fast & efficient. Appreciate the no hassle efficiency of the sales rep. Especially on point with online pricing agreed upon. No bait and switch or other traditional sales pitches / tactics pressure or forcing you to do things. Will definitely recommend and come back for future Toyota purchases.

I just purchased a car and worked with Robert at the final stage of the transaction. Although he wasn’t the salesperson, he was the finance person and the last person I dealt with, and he made the process smooth and easy. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout. There was absolutely no pressure, and he took the time to clearly explain everything and answer my questions. Overall, a great experience and a nice way to wrap up the purchase.
