The dealership as a whole was great! My sales woman Shelly Elliott was amazing!! Shelly went above and beyond to do everything she could to get me into a car within my price range and to make sure it was reliable!! It definitely helps that Shelly has a great personality too! She even picked me up and dropped me off at my apartment because I was without a vehicle at the time. I was super impressed and am very happy I purchased my car from Shelly at HoneyCar Charlottesville!! I would refer her to a friend or family member looking to purchase a vehicle in the future!! 10/10 stars

Financial manger and sales manager both lied, kept my deposit bye the financial manager. Sales manger told me jeep was fixing jeep. Then told me 2 days later , jeep was not going to fix it. Told me he would call at 10am , almost 11:30 before he called after , he choose the time.
Purchased a vehicle and the extended car warranty. Was told the extended car warranty COULD and WOULD be cancelled. 7-8 weeks later the warranty is still showing active and no attempt has been made to cancel it from the dealership. Also was told by Honey Car, I would receive an email stating the date of cancellation, still have not received the confirmation email. Avoid this place as they conduct business as if it was a tote your note lot.
