After online shopping & venturing to dealerships, I chose my new vehicle at Fair Oaks Ford. We all know how car shopping can be stressful! However, I had a great experience here. Rich, the salesman who I worked with, was very helpful. There was no pressure, he was willing to answer all my questions, and made the whole process stress free! He actually listened to what I said and answered my questions. Other places I felt were just concerned with hearing themselves talk or constantly calling me, which both things make me not want to go there again. So if you want the best deals, a relaxing, enjoyable car shopping experience, I highly recommend this place, even if you have to make an extra long drive to get there!
