I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing a new GMC truck from Ewald Buick GMC in Menominee Falls, WI. Prior to arrival I was contacted by Shira, who helped to confirm I was arriving and that Chris or Russell would assist me. Upon arrival I was greeted by Russell M. and he immediately showed me the vehicle I was interested in. I took it out for a test drive and following that Russell helped by getting maximum value for my trade-in-- and that was very much appreciated. We made the deal and I came back 3 hours later to pick up the vehicle. The payment & paper work process was quick and painless thanks to Michael! I had the key fobs for the new GMC and was on my way in less than one hour. Overall outstanding job by the Ewald team and special shout-out to Russell for making it fun and enjoyable.
