The service advisors are friendly and helpful. Service department seems to work fast. Prices seem a little high for routine oil change.

Wouldn't go to any other dealership been dealing with this one for for many years

Eagle has always been very knowledgeable and professional with our dealing with them. We only deal with Eagle.

I go there for the service because of kelly. I've tried to buy many cars there.They almost never call me back. If they do, it's weeks later, and I already bought something.

I explained my situation about the car I purchased. They did not brush me off. Did not act put out in anyway. They helped me resolve the issue professionally and very curtioussly. I was amazed. As always my experience with dealership was Excellent. I am treated great. Everything from start to finish was smooth and efficient. The service department really has it together. As I have stated before, I have great trust bringing my GMC truck there and I would never consider going anywhere else. I can assure you that when I purchase my next vehicle it will be from Eagle Buick GMC.
