Daniel went above and beyond for us! He was open and honest. He found the right truck for our situation vs. a more expensive option that was on the lot. He drove down to Colorado Springs, picked up the truck, drove it back to Alpine detailed it and delivered it to us late on a Saturday night. Daniel truly put the customer first in all aspects of our transaction. Daniel should teach & mentor other sales professionals. Obviously out of Daniel’s control, but the process at the dealership took way too long and the typical back and forth aprovals were a waste of everyone’s time. Fix the process and automate it! No more printing paper & running paper back & forth for approvals. I should be able to do everything electronically in 15 minutes or less. Invest in technology and enable a more efficient streamlined process reducing manual errors and improving customer satisfaction. Enable your sales team with the right tools and focus on putting the customer first! Still waiting to hear from the service department regarding a busted bumper on our brand new truck! It’s almost been a week.

What a pleasant experience!!!! I felt like I was working with friends! This was my first car purchase and I was nervous. There was no pressure and they adjusted the price to fit what I needed .. Great people and great experience!!

Communication, responsiveness, and overall customer experience was fantastic! I initially dealt with AutoNation GMC as they were closer to me, but the experience was horrible and I knew I wanted to work with a local dealership that would treat me with respect and Alpine did exactly that and more.
