For the first time in along time a service advisor was very helpful and professional. Norma is the best advisor I had.
My transmission went out Nov. 15th this facility completed the repair my car was returned to me 1/3/26. Manny was my Service Advisor he did a wonderful job communicating with Car Shield and with me keeping me informed of everything associated with the repair. Each time I spoke with Manny he always eased my concerns and provided reassurance that everything would be ok. If there was a delay or issue he was very open and let know. Very Trustworthy. Overall, Manny was very professional and provided great customer service.
