I recently purchased a new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from James Wood in Decatur as a retirement gift to myself, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience, thanks to my salesman, Clay Estes. From the start, Clay spent a lot of time getting to know me and truly understanding what I was looking for. He was very helpful, walking me through the available options and helping me determine which features were most important to me. Once we narrowed down the search, Clay realized the exact truck I wanted wasn’t on the lot, but he didn’t stop there. He went out and found the right vehicle for me. Clay was also instrumental in identifying incentives and discounts I could use to bring the price to a level I could afford and feel great about. On delivery day, he had the truck ready and took the time to demonstrate many of the features so my wife and I knew exactly how to operate everything. Throughout the entire process, Clay made us feel comfortable and never pressured. The next time we need a new vehicle, we know we have a trusted friend in Clay. We would definitely go back to James Wood for our next purchase. Highly recommend!

Drew Ward is the best sales representative for James Woods GMC. We spoke over the phone and he had arranged for the new Yukon XL to be ready for me to view and test drive. The numbers worked out after a short arm wrestling match. I won and drove off the lot with a new 2026 GMC Yukon XL AT4.
