I had a scheduled appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I sat there for roughly 2.5 hours for those 2 services. But I wasn't bothered at all by it. Frank Lopez was the only service advisor there at the time, and this man was a multitasking master. He was taking calls, dealing with walk-ins, and dealing with waiting customers the entire time I was there. He is definitely the definition of patience. I never once seen the guy become frustrated or irritated in the least. And all the while, checking in on me to make sure I was doing alright. Thanks Frank for you awesome cool headed service.
