What Others Say

Terrible customer service in both parts and service departments. Very unprofessional and lazy. Will never buy from this dealership again!

**Don't believe the 5 five star reviews on this dealership because the salesperson probably wrote it themselves while showing you how to leave a review!!** That is what happened to us. See picture below!! Wednesday we arrived at 5:15 to look at a vehicle we saw online. Immediately we looked at the vehicle, took it for a test drive, asked if there were any preexisting issues with the vehicle. I noticed a car ceiling vent was missing (not a huge deal), and asked about it being fixed. We were told the parts department was closed, and she, Deana, was to call us the next day to see if there was anything to be done. No call. No problem. We will take care of the vent on our own. Friday morning at 9 AM, we tried calling to see about cancelling a warranty that we no longer wanted after reading the details of the warranty. Someone answers, and then transfers us to the Finance Department. Sent straight to voicemail. We call again, at around 3:30- 4. Same process; sent straight to voicemail. This same answer and transfer game KEEPS happening Saturday and Monday until finally we get irritated and ask what is going on and why is no one answering our call?? We were told he was with a customer, and once we became assertive and irate he called back within a minute and claimed he was sick and had been out for a few days. Leaving us to think which is it?? Also they never disclosed extensive rust damage when we initially asked if there were any preexisting issues at the beginning of our showing. Below are pictures of the extent of rust they will not disclose to you when you ask about existing damages and then ignore you when called on it. They are very misleading, be very careful.

I traded in my GMC truck for a new Ford Raptor. The whole process was a hassel free experience. I would recommend Bayou Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Promised an inspection sticker before we took ownership. As soon as paperwork was signed they couldn’t do it. Also too many unexplained fees on paperwork.

As other reviews have noted, this dealer is high sales pressure and will do everything to upsell you and ensure you don't get a good deal. I am sure you are thinking - well that's just a car dealer - and buyer beware. Fair enough, and that's the review they are receiving. They do use tactics such as dragging their feet when they know you have limited time, etc. Just know what you are heading into and I can assure you they are not on your side.

Our experience at Bayou Ford was one of the best car buying experiences we've had at ANY dealership, thanks to Regina Watkins! She is the most pleasant car salesperson you'll ever meet. She doesn't pressure you, she actually helps you through the whole process with kindness and understanding. We got a great deal from the nicest salesperson at a wonderful dealership! Thanks Regina and Bayou Ford - we're telling all our friends & family to come see ya'll!
