Took my car to "the trailer" parked in Midland on 9/2. Robyn (?) the lady coordinating business there is always a joy to deal with!

They worked with making my appointment time more accommodating since we live out of town. I have worked with GM dealerships and Lexus is by far much better in service.

My vehicle’s service experience was great at Alderson of Lubbock. Adrian Bustos and his team treated me professionally and I didn’t feel intimidated nor annoyed going through the process. It’s too bad all vehicle service garages couldn’t have more people like Adrian to just make a somewhat mundane process more pleasant. Great job Alderson!

I brought my Lexus RC 350 F Sport Coupe into Alderson for a one year checkup. The whole Alderson staff was very helpful. The Service Team did the checkup and repair a spot in the paint. I had a local Odessa body shop look at the spot and was told it couldn’t be fixed. When I picked up my car and saw that the spot was gone I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Alderson Lexus for taking care of me and my car!!

It was time for the 20,000 mile service on my Lexus RX350. Adrian Bustos, service advisor, was very courteous and helpful. At the same time, a recall to replace the fuel pump was also taken care of. Adrian was very professional and helpful in explaining what service was recommended and the cost before anything was done. The complimentary car wash and free shuttle service were very much appreciated as well.
