He was laid back, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the car that fit me best rather than trying to push a sale. Very good first time experience. Brought in 2012 Jetta for estimate on repairs. Worked with Christian, and he fully explained everything. Repairs were itemized and priced individually. We decided on the ones that were most important and proceeded with repairs. No upsell or guilt speech for not doing everything. Limiting factor was $ and we did most important for now and will be back in several months for remainder of work. Thanks FW
