I had pretty good service from them and it a was very smooth process overall.

Resolution of problem (cracked rim) well within estimated time frame. Cost higher than expected but provided in advance of work authorization. Additional work identified from safety/milage maintenance review well explained, reasonable and quickly completed. Negatives are minor issues: valve stem cap not installed or provided with new rim stem replacement; air pressure not properly adjusted following rim replacement and safety check (2 front tires at 40 and 2 rear tires at 33, vs 36 pressure for all 4), and service interval not reset following oil change.
Thanks to this dealership for the great service. I also enjoyed beverages whilst waiting for my car.

This dealership is run quite smoothly. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located and appointments are available without a long wait.
