My experience was great; Mike Smith always takes good care of me. The salesman that was supposed to be taking care of me (Chad Majerek) sort of disappointed me. However? Mike Smith made up for it.

Service at Gates is always friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room with free coffee and a vending machine. You get an entire report on your vehicles oil change so you can keep with your records.

The dealership was alright, could be better. There was a problem they didn’t solve.
