Convenient hours for non-appointment customers for oil changes. Friendly and helpful staff checking customers in for the service they are coming in for.
Gates has been fantastic across my journey. They have always taken care of my Malibu very well! Awesome dealer!
My experience was great; Mike Smith always takes good care of me. The salesman that was supposed to be taking care of me (Chad Majerek) sort of disappointed me. However? Mike Smith made up for it.
Service at Gates is always friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room with free coffee and a vending machine. You get an entire report on your vehicles oil change so you can keep with your records.
The dealership was alright, could be better. There was a problem they didn’t solve.
