It was a little scary when the service technician said the he was getting "death codes" in my amp, radio, and tire monitoring system. It looked like replacing those and possibly the camera might cost $3,500 without any guarantee the "ghosts in my electronic system" would be fixed. I took John and Rob's advice: we replaced the amp, which fixed one set of my issues, but I was not in a position to replace anything else at that moment in time. About 1.5 weeks later without doing anything, my CarPlay miraculously returned and MyChevrolet app began working and updating again. I'm glad I took JJ's advice, and I trust him and the Gates service team implicitly.
