The dealership is very conveniently located for me and seems to be clean with a large waiting area while your car is being serviced. I haven't had to use that yet but I know it will be a comfortable wait. Alan was great to work with. The car I wanted was hard to get but, heck if he didn't find me one I could buy. He kept me posted on when it was delivered and went over all of the features in the car before turning it over to me. He was a pleasure to work with. And Yuri was great when it came to explaining service plans. He didn't try to oversell me but got me a plan that I could be comfortable with. I was also able to split the cost of my payment between my personal credit card and the funds I wired directly to the dealer's bank. It all was very convenient and FAST! Overall, Toyota at Cool Springs was a very pleasant experience.
