The service department is very clean and organized. Kayla Warren was very accommodating. She explained what services would be performed, approximate wait time and where the customer lounge was located. Very professional.
From Mr. Daniels scheduling my appointment to me receiving a message regarding the completion of my service, I was very pleased! They did a great job!!!

I cannot say enough about this dealership and the service department. Over the years, many have a hard time dealing with any car dealership. The haggling, the "promises", the sleepless night knowing it will not be an exciting experience. Here is what I can say for this dealership, service department, and the people that work there. They do not make it difficult to conversate about prices, and do not pressure you. They DO keep their promises with service. They are very trustworthy and will take a customers concerns into account and answer every question. This dealership and Hyundai vehicles are the reason this is my second one over the last 8 years.
All employees were courteous, competent, and professional. the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service performed was clearly explained.
