James Mosher helped me resolve a transmission issue I was having since June 2025. My 2024 RAV4, which I purchased new July 2024, sat on the dealership lot for 72 days, waiting for a new transmission. No ETA and 10 customers already on the waiting list. James contacted me and asked “how can I help.” We worked out a deal that has restored my faith in Daytona Toyota. I can now move on with my life! I no longer have to travel to the dealership to sign another contract for the loaner car, no longer have to wonder…when/if I will get my car back. No more stress!!
