I am always happy with the service I receive, and the treatment given to me as a customer. The one thing I wish could be improved is the interface for the online appointment scheduler. This time around, I made an appointment but somehow it didn't register, so I showed up and did not in fact have an appointment. Kudos to Ashley and the crew that they were able to get me in and done in just over an hour. Please fix or replace the online scheduler!
Kelly Bailey was our only contact at the service dept. She was very thorough with paperwork and communicating progress on the service.
Had a very pleasant experience. The workers at the front desk kept us informed and were knowledgeable about our vehicle. It was a refreshing experience compared to other service centers we’ve been to.
Inspection was handled fairly quickly and a recall was taken care of. Was kept up to date on what was going on
