From the moment I walked into the dealership I received amazing service. Lupe and the manager were very respectful and accommodating. I can tell they really wanted my business and they worked with me every step of the way. This is the first time I experienced a dealership just allow me to drive the car by myself to get a feel for it and I was able to drive it for almost 2 hours. Because of this, I bought the car and I feel like more dealerships should follow this model. I got a good feel for the car and was able to pick my wife up in the car so she can see it for herself. We both loved it and it basically just came down to numbers at that point. Both Lupe and the manager got straight to the point and gave me the full offer. We negotiated and after going back and forth, I ended up getting a price I liked. Amazing service and will likely buy another car from this dealership in the future.

They were able to complete detailing and several maintenance items in one visit, which I appreciated. I also liked the comprehensive review of my vehicle’s condition. Always a pleasant experience. Only complaint: I miss the soda fountain there, but appreciate that more people likely prefer coffee 🙂.

I purchased my vehicle about 3 weeks ago, a2023 Honda HRV, previously used, the parking brake button was loose. I came in once to Acura and all they did was pop in back and send me on my way. It became dislodged again to which I couldn't release my vehicle and was told to take it to Honda because it was still under manufacture warranty. Honda told me it wasn't covered to take it to Acura, and when I contacted my dealer Charles he couldn't offer assistance as it was his day off and sent us to Tonya who as well couldn't offer assistance to our matter. It's frustrating that when we were purchasing the vehicle everyone was so accommodating yet nothing could be done to help when an actual issue came about. Jay not even knowing the matter or the situation went above and beyond with his customer service and what I will say is at the end of the day it's men like Jay who are really the heart of a company. He went above and beyond and over and above to do right by the customer and for that I will continue my service with Acura. Jay was exceptional.
