I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

I had service for an issue with my Mini SE 2 Door Hardtop. The service department, made everything smooth and easy and I was well taken care of.

Tonya & Sherrod always inform me of any problems if any with my vehicle and they try to keep me safe on the road, not to mention whenever I come, they always have a loaner car available for me. I'll always continue to use mini of Mt. Laurel for my car car. I'm happy knowing I can trust them with my vehicle.
