The mobile tech who came to my house was very nice & helpful. He got my oil change done pretty quickly but was thorough. I love the mobile service that you offer.
All went very well. Still waiting for key fob after 3 weeks now so not happy about this, but team is working on this.
Excellent service and communication. I really appreciated the valet service wehre my car was picked up and home and returned within an hour after service was completed. I will definitely return.
Braeden Smith is someone who we will eagerly recommend. He is very patient, informative and kind. He took his time, over the course of 2 days, to help a senior couple navigate the course of modern car shopping practices!

It was very busy at the time of my arrival so Braeden helped us with the sale. Very, very helpful in getting what I needed in order to get me in my new truck. Very down to earth and knowledgable. Kyle the finance manager was also instrumental in assuring my experience at Ford was a lasting one. I left there feeling respected, valued and excited about me new truck.They care about their customers and their needs. They made us feel incredibly valued and welcome.
