Jon Pinardi went above and beyond when I went in on a fact finding mission weeks ago, and he knew I wasn't buying a truck at that time. When the truck I wanted became available, I was amazed at how quickly the process of buying it happened. He took care of all the details professionally yet with that friendly hometown service. Teton Motors Jackson Hole handled this complex onboard computer / electrical issue on my new Silverado with professionalism and care. I had urgent travel/business planned for the day I encountered the issue. Bruce and Dave took the truck in right away, made some software updates and gave me the go-ahead to travel. I did encounter further computer glitches during my travels. When I returned Teton Motors took the truck in right away and through hard work and determination fully addressed the issues. A first rate service organization.
