Jake was communicative, informed, attentive, responsive, and he understood what needed to be done and anticipated some thing that were not obvious. Buying a car remotely is not unusual but it can be unnerving and tedious. Jake heard our questions, provided answers, took photos & video, searched for solutions and gave us GREAT service from Austin while we were in Florida. He seemed to have an authentic, chill, easy-going personality which meant that he would say when he didn't know and always got back with timely answers. He gave us reason to have faith in car salespeople.

The Service Department is wonderful. Edwardo was very helpful and nice. I was sorry to hear that Andrew was no longer there. He had helped me through 3 vehicles.
