My partner and I have been looking for a second vehicle for a long time, but sporadically. It wasn’t an emergency so we did a lot of research and narrowed down our search to a few vehicles we were interested in. We were essentially looking for what anyone else is-the best mix of features, style, condition/mileage, warranty, price, and also experience.We decided we’d like an Atlas or Atlas Cross Sport. After spending far too much wasted time and energy at the VW downtown Chicago, we weren’t giving up on an Atlas overall but we were completely over the whole experience buying and took a break. (Yes, it was that bad.) Without going on about our negative experiences, we can easily say our experience at this VW location was phenomenal. We had the cars we requested waiting for us before we arrived. Matt the manager was awesome and Ray our salesman was warm, funny, and a joy to be around. He was also super patient and kind to us while we were considering a few options and then essentially flipped the budget and our needs. Every employee here was friendly and respectful. I really carefully consider my options for big purchases but when I know something is right, it’s right- everything about our vehicle purchasing experience felt *right*. Thanks Ray and everyone at Scala VW!
