Sales Associate Ha Thang was excellent and could not have been more helpful. General Sales Manager Rania Thome who finalized the price was very good and always came out to greet us. The Finance Officer Cody Brown was new and even though he knew what he was doing required over 30 minutes for paperwork on a straight cash purchase. We saw the Desk Manager Tony on our initial meeting and he was annoyingly insistent about us committing to a deal then and there. After reluctantly accepting we wanted time to think about our options we were provided incorrect sales estimates for the two vehicles we were interested in. On purchase day, which was made by appointment, we spent about 30 minutes each with Ha and Cody and 90 minutes waiting. Tony had come over to Ha's desk and informed us we would be next but never updated us on the ongoing delay. It was the last day of the month,they were busy and appeared short staffed, but a little more consideration as we waited would have gone a long way. We are waiting to see if the title has the requested "or" between our names but are very happy with our purchase.
Kia Franklin has a great staff they always take care of me. Always a good experience.
